Changes Coming to Delaware’s State-Sponsored COVID-19 Testing

Delaware Governor John Carney has announced updates to statewide COVID-19 testing sites.

The Governor says the state will shift from mobile to fixed testing sites.  The sites will be located throughout the state, including 8 drive-thru Walgreens locations, 5 State Service Center sites and 6 Public Health clinics.

In Kent County, testing will be offered at the Walgreens in Dover and Magnolia, the Smyrna State Service Center, Williams State Service Center in Dover and Milford State Service Center.

In Sussex County, there will be testing at Walgreens locations in Rehoboth, Selbyville and Bridgeville, the Laurel State Service Center, Adams State Service Center in Georgetown and Shipley State Service Center in Seaford.

For all locations, check for specific times and requirements.

In a statement, the Governor said “Delaware has one of the most effective COVID-19 testing programs in the country, and these updates to our statewide plan will make testing even more accessible for all Delawareans.”
